Pubs and bars
Drivers, non-drinkers and people cutting back want something better than a fizzy pop. A 330ml can of Little Rick serves well over ice in a highball, or as the base of an alcohol-free cocktail; our mocktail recipes work behind a bar. Because the drink contains no alcohol, selling it isn’t a licensable activity under the Licensing Act 2003. The FSA doesn’t recommend CBD for under-18s, so treat it as an adult drink.
Cafés and delis
A 330ml sleek can fits a standard chiller and sells as an afternoon or after-work drink. Raspberry Coconut is zero sugar at about 3 calories a can, which helps on a menu next to cakes. Mint & Lime and Piña read like cocktails, which makes them easy to describe to customers.
Gyms and studios
For a post-class drink, Raspberry Coconut is the one to stock: zero sugar, about 3 calories, no alcohol. If you have junior members, keep CBD drinks out of their reach, since the FSA advises against CBD for under-18s and for anyone pregnant or on medication.
Convenience stores and off-licences
A cold can in the fridge is an impulse buy. Little Rick is already stocked in Home Bargains, so many shoppers will know the can. In our 2026 survey of UK customers, 20% said being in shops near them would make them buy more often. Stockists can be listed on our store locator, which today lists 827 UK stockists, so people searching for Little Rick near them can find you.
The 10mg can for retail
As well as the 32mg can, a 10mg version of every flavour is available. It suits shops that want a can in line with the FSA’s 10mg-a-day advice. Ask about it when you apply.
What to check before you stock any CBD drink
- The FSA list. In England and Wales, only CBD drinks on the FSA’s public list should be on sale. Ours are Raspberry Coconut (cbdid2066), Piña (cbdid2067), Mint & Lime (cbdid2068) and Raspberry Lemonade (cbdid2069), all 32mg, status Validated.
- The 1mg THC rule. Under drugs law, a CBD product must contain no more than 1mg of any controlled cannabinoid per container.
- Lab results. Our certificates of analysis are on our lab results page.
- Who it’s for. Adults; the FSA advises against CBD for under-18s and some other groups.

Frequently asked questions
Can I sell CBD drinks in my shop or café?
Yes, if the drink is on the FSA’s public list of CBD products and meets the 1mg rule for controlled cannabinoids. All four Little Rick 32mg drinks are on the list.
Do I need a licence to sell CBD drinks?
Not an alcohol licence: Little Rick contains no alcohol, so selling it isn’t a licensable activity under the Licensing Act 2003. Normal food business rules still apply to your premises.
What’s the minimum order?
2 cases of 12 cans for wholesale accounts, mixed flavours allowed. Distributors start at half a pallet (99 cases).
How much are your trade prices?
Trade prices are shown once your account is approved: apply here. After that, your trade portal shows your price per case, and quantity breaks apply automatically.
Is there an age limit?
The FSA doesn’t recommend CBD for under-18s, so we ask stockists to treat Little Rick as an adult drink.
Can you list my business on your store locator?
Yes. Stockists can be listed on our store locator so local customers can find you.
