Shipping & Returns
All orders are dispatched on working days (Mon- Fri), and are sent with a next day delivery service. Bank Holidays allow an extra working day for deliverers.
We are not held accountable for delivery times, and this is done by our delivery partner. We use Yodel or DPD depending on the address.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email with tracking code.
Majority of Europe will be shipped to within 3-4 working days. Our couriers work with regional partners.
We currently do not have a returns policy unless there is product is faulty. You can however email a complaint.
How to Make a Return
Please contact our contact page with your order details and you shall be assisted from there. Alternatively you can contact email@example.com with all details of your order.
Please explain the issue with your order along with photographic evidence and we will get back to you!
For faulty goods we have a 28 day return policy.
We will send a new item after the returned items which are faulty are inspected by Little Rick.
