Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

We ship throughout the United Kingdom, straight from our UK warehouse.

Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods such as sales, holidays, or new product launches.

Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with delivery updates from the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order—we can’t make changes once it's been submitted.

If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if it's marked as unclaimed or undeliverable, we’ll issue a refund for the order subtotal once the item is returned to our warehouse. Please note that refunds can take 2–8 business days to appear on your statement once processed.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed as a result of incorrect address input or changes made with the carrier after dispatch.

Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, everything in that order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
