How do I change, skip or pause my subscription?
Go to your subscription page. If you’re logged in you’ll land straight on it. If not, just enter your email and we’ll send you a one-tap login link, so there’s no password to remember.
From there you can skip or move your next delivery, order now, change flavours or quantities, change how often it arrives, and update your address or card. The link is also in every subscription email we send you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your subscription page, scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel subscription. If you just have too many cans, you can skip a delivery or pause instead, and keep your subscriber price and perks.
How long does shipping take?
See our shipping policy for current processing and delivery times. Once your order ships, you can track its progress here.
How do I track my order?
We email you when your order is confirmed and when it ships. Use your order or tracking number on our order tracking page to follow your delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please check our shipping policy for address-change terms. If you need help with your order, contact Little Rick as soon as possible.
What if my order gets lost, stolen, or damaged?
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to cover those issues. If there’s a problem, you can file a claim with us, and most claims get resolved quickly (often in 1 business day).
