Refund policy

Happiness Guarantee

If you let us know that you aren't happy within 30 days of delivery, we will refund your order. For this you will not need to return the parcel and need to e-mail info@littlerick.co.uk

The refund does not incl. delivery cost and is only applicable on your first order up to a maximum 12 cans.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK distance selling regulations. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If you change your mind, you're welcome to return your order, but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

Before sending any returns, please email us at info@littlerick.co.uk to notify us and receive return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund, including the original delivery cost.
