What 32mg means next to the FSA’s 10mg advice

  • Per 100ml: 32mg in 330ml is about 9.7mg of CBD per 100ml.
  • Against the FSA advice: one can holds about three times the FSA’s advised 10mg a day for healthy adults. That advice is precautionary, based on long-term intake.
  • Who should avoid CBD: the FSA does not recommend it, unless under medical direction, for under-18s, people taking medication, people trying to conceive, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Per can or per 100ml? If a label gives mg per 100ml, multiply by the can size in ml and divide by 100.
  • Total or per serving? Some bottles hold several servings. The can or bottle total is what matters for the 1mg THC rule and for your daily intake.
