    Calming

    I'm in the process of cutting down on alchohol. I was a bit skeptical but this has been a great help to me on the non-drinking days. 1 can is enough to relax enough to stop craving a drink. 2 cans a bit sleepy but can sleep soundly with no problems. 3 cans a bit groggy in the morning until the coffee kicks in but that's way better than a hangover. Usually the first 2 or 3 days with no alchohol can be tricky with difficulty sleeping but with this it's not. No noticeable effect other than what I've said.
